We’ve kept our memberships as flexible as possible for our members. There is no joining fee and no minimum term contract. We do however ask for a one calendar month cancellation notice.
Our fair usage policy will allow up to 2 indoor sessions a day, up to 10 a week. Any online and outdoor sessions are unlimited. This being said, it is not always the case more is more. Ask the team as to what is the best set up for you. We are more than happy to help with your own plan.
Sadly, no private parking but there is a mix of paid, restricted and off street parking around Bearsden cross.
Our membership is available to anyone over the age of 16.
Not at all. Our classes are for all abilities and fitness levels. Small groups mean more time with an instructor. Ideal for total beginners or those getting back to training after a break.

We want to ensure that CORE Fitness is suitable to anyone who joins before they commit. We offer up to 2 free trial sessions to anyone interested in our membership.
Membership is not required to access personal training with our team.

Booking for sessions goes live 7 days in advance. If you are on a waitlist you will be notified if a space has opened up for you.
